1. Hosting on TeknoMW3 is usually done by launching TeknoMW3 and chosing Dedicated Server from the Multiplayer menu on the launcher.

2. After your dedicated server has started, you will see it’s not doing anything and that’s because it now needs commands from you, the host that is.

Youtube VIdeo are only using youtube servers and clients hardware.
As you are at a first stage of your project, you should start with a VPS under CentOS and Cpanel.
The advantage is that the VPS is scalable with your needs so you can fully weight what you need and adapt without changing anything on your end.
